It is well known that segwit breaks the definition in the whitepaper of Bitcoin, "an electronic coin as a chain of digital signatures". So does BTC-Core even use "blockchain" technology anymore? I think if we referred to BTC-Core as the "segchain" it would be much more accurate.
If you insist that BTC is Bitcoin and BCH is not, then admit that you either 1) dismiss Satoshi's definition as described in his whitepaper or 2) don't understand the technology enough to have a valid argument.
The EDA on Bitcoin Cash does not break the definition of BTC in Satoshi's whitepaper: "the proof-of-work difficulty is determined by a moving average targeting an average number of blocks per hour. If they're generated too fast, the difficulty increases."
